My short stories have been published in numerous journals and anthologies, most recently ‘The Boatman of Lake Burley Griffin’, in The Invisible Thread A Hundred Years of Words.

‘The Boatman of Lake Burley Griffin’ has a special meaning for me, since it marks the beginning of my literary bond with Canberra.

My story ‘Two Wrecks’ was published in both Best Australian Stories 2008 and Best Australian Stories, a ten-year collection.

I’m proud of this story because it links my childhood to the imaginary and legendary life of Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff, where I’ve returned to live after a long absence.
